Genome Overview

This page provide multiple data about your organism:

* Starting with general data (Gram, Taxonomy, genome length ...).
* Then some `CheckM <https://github.com/Ecogenomics/CheckM/wiki>`_ analysis results are displayed, to assess the quality of microbial genomes regarding contamination/completion.
