RNA-Seq analysis projects¶

Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) protocols provide powerful new approaches to study transcriptomes. These approaches, called RNA-Seq, consist in converting transcripts to cDNAs, which are then sequenced with high coverage. This functionality offers different tools to explore transcriptomics data.
